Service 01

Telehealth Psychiatry

Psychiatric care over secure video: evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing, and follow-up, without the drive.

Jasmine is licensed in Florida, so telehealth is available to patients physically located anywhere in the state at the time of the visit.

Telehealth works well for

  • Anxiety, depression, and mood concerns
  • ADHD evaluation and ongoing management
  • Medication follow-ups that don't need an in-person exam
  • Ongoing medication management for adults 18 and older

Service 02

Medication Management

Psychiatric evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing adjustment, with regular follow-up as symptoms and circumstances change.

What to expect

  1. Initial evaluation

A 60-minute first visit: your history, what you're dealing with now, what's already been tried, and what you actually want to be different.

  2. A plan you agreed to

Options, trade-offs, and side effects discussed plainly, including the option of not starting medication yet.

  3. Regular follow-up

30-minute check-ins, usually every 2–4 weeks, to see what's working, adjust dosing, and catch problems early.

GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing

A cheek-swab test that reports how your body is likely to process a range of psychiatric medications. It is information about metabolism, not a diagnosis, and it will not name the medication that will work for you. It is optional, and most people do not need it.

How it works: the cheek swab can be done here in the office, or we can mail a kit to your home with instructions. Either way, the sample goes to the outside laboratory that runs the test. Before you agree to it, we will tell you what it is expected to cost you.

Service 03

Psychotherapy

Talk therapy in a space where you don't have to pretend everything's fine. It can stand on its own, or run alongside medication management, whichever fits where you are right now.
