Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed in Florida and Iowa. Faiza grew up in Santa Rosa County and is raising her family here, a perspective that shapes how she thinks about stress, balance, and the support systems people actually rely on.
With a background in pediatric, postpartum, and psychiatric nursing, she brings a trauma-informed, culturally aware lens to every visit.

We're in network with most major carriers in Northwest Florida.

TRICARE: we see TRICARE patients as an out-of-network provider. TRICARE Select works directly. TRICARE Prime needs a referral, and you would be responsible for the balance until you reach your deductible.
Not all plans cover mental health services. Please check with your insurance provider for coverage and any out-of-pocket costs.
