Hi! My name is Faiza.

I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a passion for helping people navigate life's hardest seasons, whether that's anxiety, ADHD, burnout, or something you can't quite name yet.

SeaChange Mental Health was created to be a calm, compassionate space where you don't have to pretend everything's fine. With every session, my goal is to meet you where you are and support real change, not just with medication, but with connection, understanding, and practical strategies that work.

I grew up locally in Santa Rosa County and am now raising my family here as a mom of two, which has deeply shaped my understanding of stress, balance, and the importance of support systems. I also love to travel and recharge near the water. Many of the photos you'll see on this page were taken by me during beach trips in Navarre, a place that continues to ground and inspire my work.

With a background in pediatric, postpartum, and psychiatric nursing, I bring a trauma-informed, culturally aware lens to every visit. Whether you're just starting your mental health journey or looking for care that truly listens, I'm here for you.
