Account & Billing Questions

If you have any questions or concerns about your account—such as billing charges, payments, insurance coverage, or account credits—we’re here to help. Please reach out directly to Rachel Wagoner at AC Billing, who assists patients of SeaChange Mental Health with all billing-related matters.

Payment Methods

Card on file through EHR (Simple Practice) or exact cash if not comfortable with card being kept on file. Card to be charged when services are rendered.
